STRUCTURE

The oil filter machine is made up of prefilter , oil pump and filter . The prefilter is a cylindrical steel mesh to prevent large solid particles enter pump . Oil pump is gear pump ,feeding impure oil into the filter device . Filtration device is a small pressed cartridge movable vehicle , with a special filter paper as filter medium . Oil solid impurities are trapped in the surface of the filter paper , a small amount of moisture absorbed by the pores of the filter paper .

WORKING PRINCIPLE

The filtration pressure is generally not more than 0.3MPa . When the large impurities deposited on the surface of filter paper , the filter pressure rises to 0.35MPa or when the paper absorbed moisture close to saturation , filtration of oil remaining in the water no longer decreased , should to replace the filter . When the high viscosity of the oil , can be preheated to reduce viscosity after the line filter . This oil filter can only remove solid impurities and a small amount of water , for general electrical and lubricating oil purification . When the oil contains too much water and impurities , you must processing it then enter into the oil filter machine .

USE AND MAINTENANCE

Oil filter vehicle pump startup cannot use after confirmation to reverse when, can work normally.
In order to guarantee the normal work, fine filter can be open to vent air filter canister,.
Oil filter vehicle use after period of time, for crude oil filter clogging caused by noise increases, should be timely cleaning crude filter.
Fine filter used after period of time, high pressure for pollutants caused jams, should be timely 0.4 Mpa clean or replace.
If oil filter vehicle no oil pump, should check whether correctly, steering pump suction mailbox to sealing is reliable, oil absorption mouth whether leave oil absorption, oil or already finished.
When found pais decrease flow, should check whether the rough and fine filter clogging pump shaft seals, whether caused by the wear or to blow out, inhaled air.
Filtering pressure drop suddenly, please check whether it is fine filter breakdown.
