Principle

The oil and gas separation filter is the key component to determine the air quality of the injection screw compressor. With proper installation and good maintenance, the quality of compressed air and the service life of the filter cartridge can be ensured.

Replacing methods

Compressor lubricating oil consumption is increased greatly, check the oil filters and the pipeline, such as return pipe is blocked and after cleaning, oil consumption is very big still, general oil and gas separator has been deteriorating, need to change in time;

When the pressure difference between the two ends of the oil and gas separation filter is 0.15mpa, it should be replaced. When the pressure difference is 0, it indicates that the filter element has a fault or the airflow has shorted, and the filter element is replaced when applied. Generally, the replacement time is 3000~4000 hours. If the environment is poor, its use time will be shortened.

1. Folding external model.

The external model is relatively simple, the air compressor is shut down, the air pressure outlet is closed, the drain valve is opened, and the old oil and gas separator can be removed and replaced with the new oil and gas separator after the system has no pressure.

2.Folding built-in models.

To replace the oil and gas separator according to the following steps:

1). Air compressor shut down, close air pressure outlet, open drain valve, and confirm that the system is free of pressure.

2). Disconnect the pipeline above the oil and gas tank, and remove the pressure maintenance valve outlet to the cooler.

3). Remove the return tubing.

4). Remove the fixed bolts of the cover on the oil and gas tank and remove the lid from the barrel.

5). Remove the oil and gas separator and replace it with a new oil and gas separator.

When the tubing is installed, the tube must be inserted at the bottom of the filter. Replace the oil and gas separator with electrostatic release, and connect the inner metal mesh to the oil drum shell. Each nail can be placed on the top and bottom of each nail, and it can be used to prevent the electrostatic accumulation and ignition explosion, so as to prevent the non-cleaning products from falling into the oil drum so as not to affect the operation of the compressor.
